NOTICE OF 2024 MEETINGS 

All regular Borough Council meetings for 2024 will be held the second Wednesday of each month, beginning at 6:00PM. All Committee meetings will be held the fourth Wednesday of each month, beginning at 6:00PM.

The Millersburg Planning Commission will meet on the first Wednesday of each month beginning at 6:00PM.

As public health allows, meetings will be held in Council Chambers located at 101 West Street in Millersburg.  If a person with a disability wishes to attend a Millersburg Borough public meeting and requires an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to participate, please call (717) 692-2389 in advance of the meeting to discuss how the Borough may best accommodate your needs.

Exoneration Forms Available

Millersburg Borough Schedules Spring Clean Up

 

Millersburg Borough Council has set Saturday April 20th as the 2024 Clean Up date. Borough Residents who wish to dispose of materials may bring those materials, along with ID indicating their residency within the Borough, to the municipal garage located on Pine Street. The Clean Up will open at 7 a.m. and will run until the dumpsters are full, which has historically been between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Check the Borough Facebook page on the 22nd for the official announcement of the closure.

Please note the following restrictions on accepted materials—

Electronics will be accepted.

Millersburg Borough cannot accept hazardous materials such as weed and insect sprays, paint, automobile fluids, antifreeze, lye and other chemicals.  Flyers will be available upon request for Dauphin County’s Household Hazardous Waste Curbside Disposal program.

The Borough will not accept household waste, construction material and landscaping material. Borough staff members reserve the right to reject other materials. Used tires will not be accepted, but can be disposed of at most service garages.

ACCESS TO THE PINE STREET GARAGE—

There will be no access to the Garage from State Route 147 to ensure the safety of travelers and residents. Borough residents are to use Race Street to access Pine Street, proceed West towards the Garage, and use Boyd Street to exit the area.
